Shipping policy

1. Overview:
Our company is committed to ensuring timely, secure, and cost-effective delivery of goods. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, responsibilities, and expectations.

2. Shipping Methods:
Shipping is free. Our fulfillment house uses the Fedex Economy that partners with USPS.

3. Processing Time:
We ship quarterly. Shipping months are January, April, July, and October. We usually have the supplies for each box ready to be boxed, built and shipped by the middle of the named month (e.g., the January Box will ship in the 2nd or 3rd week of January to arrive late January.) Contact us at pastorbox@pastorresources.com if you placed a box in between the quarterly builds and would like to see if we have any leftover boxes from previous builds to send.

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping is free; included with your membership.

5. Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard: 5-7 business days

6. International Shipping:
We do not ship outside the 49 US states.

7. Tracking and Confirmation:
Tracking information is provided via email upon shipment confirmation.

8. Damaged or Lost Goods:
Report damaged or lost items within 7 days of delivery. We will coordinate replacements or refunds as per our return policy.
